death of a president

Kate and I were watching tv last night, and click to a station and there's a news anchor on, and says, "ladies and gentlemen, we're just now receiving reports that shots have been fired towards President Bush in Chicago, shots have been fired...." A few senconds later, he says, "This just in, President George W. Bush has been fatally wounded by a sniper."

Literally, Kate and I dropped our jaws, we couldn't believe what was happening. I'm about to flip the channel to go to BBC coverage when it becomes clear to us that it's a trailor for a controversial film about GW Bush getting assasinated in Chicago on October 18, 2007. Wow, that freaked us out!

They ended up showing the film and it was crazy, they actually used footage of bush in Chicago, and then Computer Graphics to show him getting shot. It's literally portrayed as a documentary, and I found myself in the middle of the film completely convinced Bush had been shot. I'm not sure I'd recommend it to everyone, but it's bold to have a documentary of an acting president killed a year from now.

HERE for film description

HERE for trailor

Yeah there was controversy about this film awhile back. It was on dateline or something like that and it talked about how it shouldn't be aired and whatnot, crazy.

Bush better be careful not to get whacked in the Windy City....

if this blog is violent.....don't turn on the tv....walk outside....or begin having conversations with people on a daily basis:) As gio said earlier, this story was on dateline a few weeks ago.

Well walking outside could be violent as talking with people on a daily basis. You could be struck by lightning, a person could kick you...its a big risk you take.
